Step 1: Cleanse & Warm

Wash hands or affected joints with warm water to open skin pores and clear surface dirt. Dry thoroughly.

Step 2: Friction Melt

Because of the summer-firm wax profile, press the pad of your thumb firmly into the salve and rub in small circles for 3 to 5 seconds. Your body heat and friction will melt a smooth layer onto your skin.

Step 3: Deep Massage

Rub the salve directly into stiff knuckles, wrists, knees, or shoulders. Massage in firm, circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes to drive the warming smoked pepper and pine oils deep into the tissue.
