Smoked buttercream icing is a bold, richly flavored twist on traditional frosting. It incorporates natural smoke flavor into a creamy sweet base. It pairs exceptionally well with chocolate, caramel or spiced cakes. We smoke the sugar and cocoa for 8 hours over cherry wood to give the icing that smokey twist.
